My macarons keep failing

I had attempts to bake the beautiful danity macarons
but failed 1 2 3 4 5 times
yet to have the perfect results

Anyways, i followed this recipe but portion divided 2 as i keep failing and i don't wish to waste ingredients.

French Macaron Recipe Ingredients

4 large egg whites (or 5 small – 140g (4.94 ounces))
1/3 cup caster sugar (70g (2.47 ounces))
1 1/2 cups icing sugar (230g (8.11 ounces))
1 cup almond meal (120g (4.23 ounces))
2g (0.07 ounces) salt (tiny pinch)
gel food colouring (optional)

the mixture is really really important!!!
imporant notes: can't beat egg whites for too long
imporant notes: can't give too much strokes after adding almond + powdered sugar
 i think mine was a little too runny
 
imporant notes: must let the macaronage to rest for about 1 hour before sending to oven

imporant notes: must let the heat out, place a chopstick to hold the door
 looking like as if was going to work but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

failed again
-no foot ( egg white beaten too long )
-flat ( mixture too runny )



i will try it again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
